How To Reserve Booth Space
Step #1
View floor plan with available booth space along with locations of other exhibiting companies.
Step #2
Complete the Application to Contract for Exhibit Space and submit it to the SECO International office. Based upon availability, the preferred booth will be put on hold for 10 business days. Upon receipt of the completed Application to Contract for Exhibit Space, SECO International will submit an invoice for the booth deposit to the exhibitor (via e-mail) as confirmation of the temporary hold.
Step #3
Submit the original Application to Contract for Exhibit Space to the SECO International office, along with the payment within 10 business days of making the booth space reservation.
Exhibit Space Selection Guidelines:
- Height Restrictions
The floor plan is divided into three (3) areas of differing height restrictions starting from closest to the exhibit hall entrances and then moving away from the entrances: 8’, 16’, and 24’ respectively. Booth structures, objects within the booth, and hanging signs may not exceed the designated height restriction.
- Aisles
There are five (5) horizontal and eight (8) vertical demarcation aisles which are illustrated on the floor plan with blue shading. These aisles may not be merged across or obstructed by booth space under any circumstance.
- Booth Merging
In-line booths are 10’x10’ and may be merged vertically to create a larger booth space. In-line booths mayonly be merged horizontally when creating an island booth space (island booth spaces are defined as booth spaces that are surrounded by aisles on all sides). Odd-shaped booths may be combined with the adjoining booths to create an island or peninsula booth space.
Booth spaces may NOT merge across a demarcation aisle in any case.
