SECO Moves to Hall C
in the Georgia World Congress Center

SECO 2011 will be held in Hall C of the GWCC, the newest hall on the campus.  The new location will allow for increased access from the registration area and the shuttle drop-offs to the exhibit hall along with easier access to the loading dock from the Marshalling Yard. Register Your Booth Personnel &
Exhibitor Appointed Contractors

To register your booth personnel, complete the Exhibitor Registration Form.  Send it to the SECO International office at 770-220-0942 by February 1, 2011 or register on-site in the Registration Hall of the Georgia World Congress Center. SECO International will not accept registrations via telephone or e-mail. Exhibitors may direct any questions to the Registration Department at 770-452-0600.

To register your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), view and complete the EAC Registration Form.  Send it to the SECO International office at 770-220-0942 by January 21, 2011. All representatives of the EAC must be listed in order to receive required credentials to enter the Hall.

Optometry’s Marketplace at SECO™Schedule

Exhibitors may enter the Exhibit Hall through the Hall C2/C3 entrance of building C of the Georgia World Congress Center. Exhibitors and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor's (EAC) must present identification to security to access the hall.

Friday, March 4:  10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Exhibitor accessibility 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM

Saturday, March 5:  9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Exhibitor accessibility 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM

Wednesday, March 2:  8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
All crates, cartons and loose materials will be removed from the Exhibit Hall at 8:00 PM on March 2.
 
Product Placement and Exhibit Accessibility Hours:
Thursday, March 3:  9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Crates and cartons will NOT be allowed delivery to the Exhibit Hall on March 3. All materials are required to stay clear of the aisles during Product Placement and Exhibit Accessibility.

Dismantle Hours
Saturday, March 5:  4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Sunday, March 6:  8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
